The Role
YOUR MISSION
  • Foster a culture of accountability, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing across teams to elevate operational excellence. Drive strategic alignment, ensure team development and advocate for continuous growth opportunities

  • Define the long-term vision for GTM processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and adaptability to future business needs. Champion continuous improvement by aligning cross-functional teams and driving transformational process enhancements

  • Set the strategic direction for milestone management and operational workflows, ensuring seamless execution and cross-functional coordination. Establish clear structures for critical meetings like Line Freeze, driving clarity, efficiency, and alignment across teams

  • Shape the overarching KI strategy, defining the framework, execution standards, and optimization roadmap. Ensure initiatives align with business priorities and contribute to brand and marketing impact at scale​

  • Establish a structured approach to operational query management, ensuring seamless information flow between GTM, BUs, and Markets​

  • Drive the evolution of business packs and in-season communication, ensuring key stakeholders receive timely, actionable insights

  • Establish governance for content accuracy, consistency, and strategic relevance​.

YOUR TALENT
  • 10-15 years of related experience

  • International/Global mindset: experience taking into account the needs of local markets

  • Creative thinking, an eye for detail, and a feel for great design

  • Must be resourceful, self-motivated and proactive

  • Must be detail oriented and organized; ability to work across four seasons at once, al in various stages of development

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include creative briefs, and presentations

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs and Adobe Creative Suite (especially PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage a budget process, from forecast to tracking

  • Ability to stay focused while working under tight deadlines

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and energy

  • Ability to manage a team and conduct the interview/hiring process as necessary

  • Domestic and international travel required

  • Strong Digital/Interactive background a plus

  • Foreign language a plus, but not required.
