ABOUT THE ROLE
Fever for Business is a start-up within the unicorn – a hyper-growth organization democratizing access to culture and live entertainment for corporate and institutional clients. Reporting to the Global VP, you'll scale a world-class sales organization across Europe and cement Fever for Business as a strategic growth pillar for Fever as we charge toward becoming the #1 Live-Experiences-as-a-Service company for businesses and institutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scale and lead a full-cycle Sales organisation – hiring, coaching, and retaining top performers who consistently beat targets
- Set the GTM strategy, forecast and deliver against quarterly revenue targets, own pipeline generation efforts, and rely on data-driven decision making
- Drive executive-level engagement with Fever’s top prospects and customers to win new logos and expand existing customer engagements
- Institutionalise best-practice Sales methodologies across pipeline generation, qualification, and deal management in partnership with Enablement, Strategy, and Operations
- Partner cross-functionally with Account Development, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, Product & Engineering and our Fever Originals team to be the internal voice of the corporate customer, shape roadmaps, streamline processes, and elevate our offering
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture that sparks engagement, innovation, and consistent outperformance
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, Media, or Entertainment
- Expert in recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retaining top talent across multiple geographies
- Track record of owning and overachieving revenue targets within the B2B space, with operational proficiency in pipeline generation, maturation, and deal cycle management
- Experience in scaling go-to-market organisations and creating repeatable processes around ICP, territory design, and pricing by aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations teams around a common strategy
- Expert in executive engagement, creating deep relationships with prospects and customers across Commercial, Mid Market, and Enterprise segments
- Deep understanding of building culture and employee engagement through value-driven Leadership
- Entrepreneurial DNA: commercial, resourceful, creative, fearless, with a growth mindset
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent strategic/analytical background strongly preferred
- Fluency in English required; Spanish or Portuguese a strong plus

Our mobile-first marketplace allows both discovery/inspiration and seamless 2-click booking. Fever has also created a media network where our online communities can look for inspiration and local information (Secret Media Network owner of media outlets like Secret NYC, Secret London or Madrid Secreto among others). Fever and its Secret Media Network inspires over 60 million people every month to discover the best experiences in their cities.
The preferences expressed by these communities allow us to create new experiences, which we call “Fever Originals”.
