Tabs is one of the premier Vertical AI companies in NYC focused on finance leaders at B2B companies. Our revenue automation platform is built on the ethos “save time and collect faster” to allow companies to scale while focusing on what matters. With that in mind, we are looking for a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Head of Applied AI to own and push forward our AI Product Strategy. This role involves leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and traditional machine learning techniques to create agentic experiences focused on information retrieval and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a senior-level position reporting into the CTO and working cross-functionally with the leadership team to align AI initiatives with strategic business objectives. You’ll also:
Architect, build, and deploy scalable AI applications leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain) and related technologies.
Work closely with product and engineering to integrate AI in every aspect of the platform.
Partner cross-functionally with every department to evangelize how Tabs’ AI strategy drives value for their stakeholders.
Promote the Tabs AI story externally via your network and content publishing
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in building and deploying AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), including experience with OpenAI APIs and LangChain.
Entrepreneurial background with experience in startups, ideally as a founder or early team member in a high-growth environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of developing AI solutions from concept through deployment.
Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity situations, taking ownership, and demonstrating resilience through challenges.
Exceptional execution capabilities, consistently delivering on commitments with speed and reliability.
