About the Role
Closinglock is seeking a Head of Analytics and Business Operations to build and scale the operational and analytics backbone of our fast-growing organization. You will design and implement scalable systems, data infrastructure, and reporting frameworks to drive data-driven decision-making across the company. You will partner closely with Finance, GTM, and Product teams to enable front-line teams with actionable insights while driving operational excellence throughout Closinglock.
What You'll Do

• Build and Own Data Infrastructure:
• • Oversee data pipeline architecture, ensuring data is compiled, transformed, and optimized in our warehouse for efficient querying.
  • Define and maintain consistent metric definitions at the warehouse level to drive alignment across the company.
• Enable Front-Line Teams with Data:
• • Manage the flow of data into front-line systems, including CRM (Salesforce, Totango), marketing cadences (HubSpot), and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Hex).
  • Ensure GTM and Customer Success teams have reliable, actionable data to drive day-to-day decision-making.
• Drive Metric-Driven Insights:
• • Provide insights to inform product AB testing, customer lifecycle flags, and customer health drivers.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to empower operational visibility for stakeholders.
• Operational Excellence:
• • Identify and remove process bottlenecks while implementing scalable, cross-functional operational processes.
  • Support operational planning and KPI management in partnership with Finance and Executive Leadership.
• Team Leadership:
• • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing analytics and business operations team.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, operational rigor, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

• Experienced Operator: 6+ years in business operations, analytics, or strategy within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Data Fluent: advanced in SQL, data pipeline management, and BI tools (Tableau, Hex, Looker).
• Systems Thinker: Comfortable designing and executing scalable operational processes and data infrastructure.
• Execution-Oriented: Able to manage strategic and tactical priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Collaborative Leader: Skilled in cross-functional partnership with GTM, Product, and Finance teams.
• Strong Communicator: Capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
