The Head of People Operations will oversee HR, Recruiting, and Workplace Experience, shaping culture and employee programs to enhance engagement, performance, and retention.

Design, develop, and maintain Closinglock web applications. Contribute across the full software lifecycle, build RESTful APIs, collaborate with senior engineers, and support testing, CI/CD, and deployments to AWS.

Lead and scale post-sale Customer Success for Enterprise and Mid-Market: own retention and expansion metrics, build playbooks and onboarding, manage CSM team, handle escalations, partner cross-functionally, establish health scoring and forecasting, and report to executives.

Lead trade shows, webinars, conferences, client events, and internal gatherings from planning through execution. Research sponsorship opportunities, coordinate vendors and budgets, create event promotions and collateral, collaborate with sales to book demos and manage follow-up opportunities, and measure event performance and ROI to improve future initiatives.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs. Participate across the full software development lifecycle, ship features quickly, collaborate with small teams, integrate third-party APIs, ensure test coverage and CI/CD, and monitor applications in AWS.

Build and own front-end portions of Closinglock's consumer-facing web apps using Vue. Collaborate with Product and Design, write reusable testable code, improve UX, document best practices, mentor others, and modernize legacy front-end architectures.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage potential clients, schedule meetings for Senior Sales executives, and build a client pipeline while learning about the product for advancement into Account Executive roles.

Lead and scale Closinglock's new-logo sales organization across enterprise, mid-market, and regional accounts. Own sales strategy, forecasting, segmentation, quota setting, and operating cadence. Hire and develop front-line sales managers, participate in strategic deals, partner cross-functionally, and use data to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth.
