About Milele Prime
Milele Prime is a multi asset CFD brokerage headquartered in Dubai. The platform runs MetaTrader 5 with institutional liquidity and a Brokeret CRM and partner portal. Client demand is concentrated in South Asia, Africa and MENA, and the partner channel (Introducing Brokers, affiliates, signal providers and trading communities) is the primary growth engine of the business. Partners are paid through a published tiered rebate ladder with a multi level sub IB network, plus custom agreements for high volume partners.
Purpose of the role
Build and lead the entire partner channel for Milele Prime: Introducing Brokers, affiliates, signal providers, trading educators and regional partners. The Head owns the partner acquisition strategy, the commercial terms offered to partners, the team that executes it, and the volume and deposit numbers the channel delivers. Key responsibilities
• Set and deliver the partner channel targets: number of active IBs, net deposits, closed lots and net revenue from referred clients, by market and by partner tier.
• Design and own the commercial framework: rebate ladder, sub IB overrides, custom and revenue share agreements, regional pricing groups and payout rules, working with finance and the dealing desk so every rate is covered by spread revenue.

• Recruit, train and manage the IB Managers and partner relations team, set individual targets and run weekly pipeline and performance reviews.
• Own the partner onboarding and activation process, including due diligence standards, agreement templates, CRM workflow and the partner portal roadmap, and drive the CRM vendor to close gaps.
• Build the affiliate program: tracking, attribution, creatives, landing pages and payout operations, and manage relationships with affiliate networks and media buyers.
• Own partner risk: define anti abuse rules, monitor for self referral, bonus arbitrage, latency or toxic flow through partners, and enforce clawbacks with compliance and dealing.
• Produce monthly channel reporting to management: acquisition, activation, volume, revenue, cost of acquisition and partner concentration.
• Represent Milele Prime at industry expos (Dubai, Cyprus, South Asia, Africa) and build the company's reputation as a partner first broker.
• Coordinate with marketing on partner facing content, co branded campaigns and creator or UGC programs run through partners.
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years in retail forex or CFD brokerage, of which at least 4 years leading IB, affiliate or partnerships functions with team management responsibility.
• Proven record of building a partner channel from an early stage broker to meaningful volume. Candidates must be able to evidence the number of active IBs and monthly volume under their management in previous roles.
