As the Head of Admission, you will play a crucial role in shaping the school’s first impressions and will be responsible for building strong relationships with families, guiding them through the enrollment journey, and promoting our educational values and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze application trends, enrollment data, and market research to inform admission strategies and enhance processes.

  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure prospective families receive accurate information about the school's curriculum, programs, and culture.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the educational landscape and market trends affecting school admissions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment and marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of families and students.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess enrollment data and inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
