Our client is a fast-growing finance service company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.


  • Manage customer relationships and proactively engage with clients.
  • Develop value and drive revenue growth from existing customers.
  • Plan, execute, and ensure solution value delivery for new customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve arising issues and manage customer expectations.
  • Report on and manage the customer portfolio.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Account Management, BDE, or B2B Customer Success.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Growth mindset with a strong results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese is an advantage.
