About TinyFish

TinyFish is the production web layer that lets AI agents search, read, extract, authenticate, and act on the live web. We are a Series A startup building the infrastructure layer for the agentic web. This role works directly with our SEO/GEO Manager and produces content for our highest-intent pages.

The Role

This is a full-time, paid internship position that requires working from the office. You will produce the SEO content for our highest-intent pages - product and landing pages, the pages closest to signup - working from briefs prepared by the SEO/GEO Manager.

This is a writing-led role with a commercial edge: every page you ship should rank, read well, and move a reader toward action. It's a full-time internship on a defined track to convert to a full-time role after 6 months based on performance.

GEO note: "GEO" here means Generative Engine Optimization — structuring and marking up content so AI assistants and LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, AI Overviews, etc.) surface and cite it. Because TinyFish builds for AI agents, being discoverable by AI is a core objective, not a bonus.

What Success Looks Like

By the end of month 3, you will have:

  • Shipped a steady cadence of product/landing-page content from brief to publish, with minimal rework

  • Internalized our content playbook well enough to draft on-brand, search-intent-aligned pages independently

  • Applied consistent on-page SEO and GEO to everything you publish (titles, meta, headings, internal links, schema)

By the end of month 6 (conversion review), success means:

  • Your pages are ranking and converting for their target intents [Demonstrable AI/LLM visibility for your content (citations or AI-referral traffic trending up)

  • You're producing publish-ready commercial content from a brief with the Manager reviewing direction, not line-editing

  • A measurable contribution to signup-path performance from organic discovery

What You'll Do1. Product & landing-page SEO content (primary)
  • Write and optimize commercial pages from provided briefs, with search intent and conversion front of mind

  • Balance clarity, persuasion, and technical accuracy — these are the pages closest to signup, so every word earns its place

2. In-house content production
  • Produce content following our documented content playbook (tone, structure, formatting, and quality bar)

  • Maintain consistency and velocity across a growing library of pages

3. On-page SEO & GEO on every page you ship
  • Titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and structured data — done right, every time

  • Structure and mark up content so both search engines and AI assistants can parse and surface it

4. Existing blog optimization
  • As volume grows, support blog optimization alongside the off-page/technical associate, refreshing indexed posts for search ranking and AI retrieval

  • Enhance TinyFish blog post UI and conversion rate

What You'll Learn
  • How to write commercial, conversion-aware SEO content for a technical B2B product

  • B2B SaaS funnel dynamics — how content influences organic discovery from TOFU through BOFU, and how it contributes to pipeline

  • GEO/AEO in practice — crafting content and markup that LLMs and AI assistants surface natively

  • Hands-on fluency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, and how to read what they're telling you

  • How emerging metrics like AI referrals and chatbot/LLM impressions sit alongside classic SEO KPIs

  • The craft of turning a brief into a page that ranks, reads, and converts

Must-Have
  1. Strong commercial and product writing in English, with a clear grasp of search intent — you can take a brief and turn it into a page that both ranks and persuades.

  2. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and ownership-minded — you treat a page as yours from research, draft to publish.

  3. Either comfortable with GSC, GA4, and Ahrefs/Semrush, or genuinely eager to learn them.

  4. Curiosity about AI agents and developer tools — you can write credibly about a technical product because you find it interesting. Plus, you will have the playground to dogfood our own products, too!

  5. Available full-time for the duration of the internship.

A note on fit: The best person here cares about the page that ships, not just the draft. If you like owning a piece of content end to end and seeing it perform, this role is built for you.

Nice-to-Have
  1. Experience writing B2B SaaS or technical content

  2. Working knowledge of on-page SEO

  3. Prior exposure to GEO/AEO

  4. A portfolio or samples of published commercial/technical writing

  5. Familiarity with user-centric optimization, PostHog or A/B testing tools for conversion rate optimization

What You Get
  • Ownership of our highest-intent pages — the content closest to revenue

  • Direct mentorship from the SEO/GEO Manager and exposure to a Series A GTM team

  • A clear, performance-based path to a full-time role after 6 months
