This opportunity is accountable for the successful deployment of HCM (incl. Workday) solution across Rest of Region Europe (excl. Germany, Slovenia and Austria). The role is responsible for managing and providing guidance to the Business Country Stakeholders across all project phases. It ensures a common way of planning, executing and reporting for Business related project activities. It acts as first level of escalation for the Business Country Stakeholders. This person is the business project manager of the local deployment, is accountable for the successful country implementation and acts as country representative to the regional and Global team. The incumbent ensures all legal and regulatory aspects within the country & region are adhered to including data protection, works councils approvals etc. Ensures proposed implemented processes are fully compliant to local regulations and standards comply with the Statutory/Legal/Regulatory, and Compliance (‘SLRC) requirements for each region/country where localization requirements arise as part of the HCM (incl. Workday) solution deployment in each territory/country.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • First contact person for the local organization
  • Direct reporting to HCM Leadership on status of activities
  • Senior Country stakeholders interaction and management within each country across the region
  • Driving adherence to common project planning, execution and reporting standards in the specific country
  • Coordination and monitoring of planning and execution progress to ensure successful go-live
  • Adherence to data protection and and data privacy laws and regulations Is the change agent for the country (and involves local HR colleagues) Trains and supports local employees
  • Alignment on regional / local parallel initiatives and 3rd party counterparts to avoid conflicts with Wave roll-out (focus on Business aspects)
  • Ensures proposed implemented processes are fully compliant to local regulations and standards comply with the Statutory/Legal/Regulatory, and Compliance (‘SLRC) requirements for each territory/country where localization requirements arise as part of the HCM Workday solution deployment in each territory/country
  • Coordination and management of global and local requirements ensuring that all the relevant requirements are challenged as must have (regulatory, fiscal etc.) and provided to support the HCM implementation

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience from international project management positions in HR ideally
  • You have worked in a similar position (knowledge of the functioning of HR positions across the organization)
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of the WorkDay platform (including setting up the system and its application)
  • Coordination skills and communication skills

You’ll receive (for Czech Republic only):
