- Serve as the functional subject matter expert (payroll, HR, benefits, compliance) throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time go-lives
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early — developing workarounds and escalation plans as needed
- Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for system support
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal teams to drive resolution
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clients throughout the support process
- Deliver system training and prepare clients for post-implementation self-sufficiency
- Document discovery findings, requirements, configuration decisions, action items, and implementation progress
- Maintain detailed project documentation and status reporting
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BPM’s implementation methodology and client experience
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll configuration, including taxes and deductions
- Provide guidance on payroll compliance, benefits, and HR policies
