The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineers to support a large-scale federal HCM modernization initiative running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This program serves a federal civilian workforce and requires robust platform operations and DevOps practices. You will manage Oracle Cloud environments, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure platform reliability for this mission-critical federal system. This role combines cloud engineering, DevOps automation, and SRE practices in a FedRAMP-authorized environment. We are building a Platform Operations team and seeking engineers passionate about automation, reliability, and cloud-native technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environments including DEV, TEST, and PROD instances
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for configuration promotion and release management
• Automate environment provisioning, refresh cycles, and Oracle quarterly update deployments
• Monitor platform health using APM tools; implement alerting and incident response procedures
• Manage Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM) migrations and sandbox promotions
• Coordinate with Oracle Support on service requests, patches, and incident resolution
• Implement infrastructure-as-code practices for repeatable environment configurations
• Support FedRAMP compliance through security control implementation and evidence collection
• Develop operational runbooks and maintain system documentation
• Perform capacity planning and performance optimization for Oracle Cloud services
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field + 4 years experience (additional experience may substitute)
• 3+ years experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and SRE practices
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship required)
Desired:
• 6+ years cloud/DevOps experience (for Senior/Lead positions)
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS administration
• FedRAMP or federal cloud security experience
• Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, Oracle APM, Dynatrace)
• ITIL certification or service management experience
• Active Secret clearance or higher

The proposed salary range for this position is:
