We are looking for a motivated Equipment Technician to support and maintain production equipment in a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement in productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Support, repair, and upgrade production equipment to ensure stable and efficient operation
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and equipment changeover effectively and efficiently
Troubleshoot equipment issues and analyze machine failure mechanisms and recurrence frequency
Minimize equipment downtime through proactive maintenance and timely corrective actions
Assist Supervisors and Engineers in improving equipment quality, reliability, and performance
Monitor and improve repair cycle time through continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in Empowerment & Autonomous Maintenance Team activities
Support Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) by collecting and analyzing productivity, quality, and cost-related data
Requirements
Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Interest or experience in semiconductor manufacturing or assembly environment
Strong hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting and routine tool maintenance
Willingness to work in shift schedules

透過預防保養與即時修復，降低設備停機時間
協助主管與工程師進行設備品質與可靠度改善
透過持續改善活動，縮短設備維修週期時間（Repair Cycle Time）
參與自主保養（Autonomous Maintenance）與賦權團隊相關活動
支援持續改善專案（CIP），進行生產效率, 品質與成本相關數據蒐集與分析
資格條件
電子, 機械, 電機或機電相關科系專科以上學歷
對半導體製造或封裝測試產業有興趣或相關經驗
具備機台異常排除與日常設備保養經驗
可配合輪班工作
