What you'll be doing:

  • Responsibility to coordinate between all project stakeholders such as marketing, engineering teams, operations, and external silicon partners from initial requirements definition through silicon delivery and production.

  • Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

  • Responsibility for developing and implementing HW methodologies and Project management processes and tools.

  • Coordinate execution of complex ASIC programs including memory subsystems, high-speed interfaces, and external semiconductor vendors when applicable.

  • Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners such as DRAM vendors, IP providers, and manufacturing partners.

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

  • At least 12 years of experience in HW program management in semiconductor, ASIC, or complex hardware development programs.

  • Excellent program management skills – familiar with project management methodologies and tools.

  • Ability to lead cross functional teams and initiatives.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Personal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills.

  • Previous experience in customer and vendor facing roles

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience in HW development, silicon design, memory technologies (DRAM, HBM, LPDDR, GDDR) or memory subsystem integration.

  • Experience coordinating with external silicon vendors, DRAM suppliers, or semiconductor partners.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5, and 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
