Design the hardware architecture of the product
Propose and manage department assets, tools, and equipment
Proficiently use project management systems such as Codebeamer, Jira, TMS, etc.
Ensure design activities are completed according to project timelines
Review and evaluate system schematic designs based on product specifications, design requirements, and architecture
Analyze and provide solutions for product-related issues
Design architecture and solutions for power converters
Evaluate and troubleshoot EMI/EMC issues in products
Research and assess applicable standards for product development
Ensure effective collaboration and task support within the team
Develop technical documentation and guidelines in accordance with departmental standards
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Comply with all company policies and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
2+ years of relevant experience, especially in power conversion system design and EV/charging station systems
Strong knowledge of system analysis tools (FTA, DFMEA, 8D reports)
Familiar with ASPICE, V-Model, ISO26262 development processes
Good understanding of power electronics, high-frequency magnetic design, EMI/EMC, and EV architecture
Knowledge of EV and charging station standards (IEC, ISO, SEA, LV standards)
Proficient in design tools (EA, Cadence, Psim, Matlab) and MS Office
Strong communication (English), teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, responsible, and passionate about the work

Skills Required
