The Mission for this Position: SkyShare is seeking a skilled and safety-focused G200 First Officer to join our Part 135 flight department based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with the appropriate category and class
  • Minimum 2000 hours total flight time, including:
    • 300 hours multi
    • 200 hours turbine
    • 200 hours instrument
  • Valid FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license
  • Current IFR knowledge and proficiency
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to pass required TSA background checks and secure an appropriate SIDA badge when applicable
  • Preferred Qualifications: Time in type and Prior Part 135 experience

Job Responsibilities & Physical Requirements:

  • Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, checklists, and operational best practices
  • Perform assigned flight duties safely and professionally
  • Maintain a safety-first mindset and adapt effectively to changing operational demands
  • Provide exceptional, customer-focused service throughout each trip
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, crewmembers, and internal teams
  • Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills while maintaining accountability for decisions
  • Maintain a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Assist with the safe handling and care of animals before, during, and after flights when needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance and create a positive first impression with clients
  • Operate across multiple time zones and in varying weather conditions
  • Effectively manage rest and sleep to remain prepared for flight duty
  • Exhibits physical readiness, including occasionally lifting or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds unaided

Salary, Schedule & Availability:

  • Salary: $110,000 annually | Annual salary increases on your anniversary
  • Training: Company-provided training subject to an 18-month training repayment agreement, with the repayment obligation decreasing quarterly
  • Schedule: 8-on / 6-off rotation
  • Availability: Remain available for days, nights, weekends, weekdays, and holidays during scheduled rotations. Complete overnight trips that may require several consecutive days and nights away from home. Work duty periods of up to 14 hours, in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Location:

  • Aircraft based in Salt Lake City, Utah
  • Must reside within one hour of Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) or commit to relocating within two months of hire.
