Job Requirements
At least one year of experience in Italian Cuisine/International Cusine, preferably within gourmet restaurants or in overall modern and creative cuisine style
Additional international experience and achievements is a plus
Consistency of the delivery of product
Must have a deep and clear understanding of food history, tradition, culture
