담당 업무 (What You’ll Do):- 한국 시장의 GTM 전략 및 운영 강화를 위한 글로벌 이해관계자 협업 및 시장 인사이트 공.
- 글로벌 GTM 정책의 한국 시장 현지화 및 실행
- 한국 내 글로벌 프로그램 도입, 전략적 니즈, 운영 개선 사항에 대해 현지 리더십에 자문을 제공합니다.
- 영업팀 및 개인 성과 분석을 통한 데이터 기반 인사이트 및 개선안 도출
- GTM 프로세스 활용도 제고 및 영업팀 생산성 향상 추진
- 영업 구역 (territory) 관리, 잠재고객 계정 배정, 실적 리포트 및 대시보드 관리, 영업 운영 기준 등 핵심 프로세스 운영
- GTM 전략/운영, 컨설팅, 금융(IB/PE) 등 분석 중심 분야에서 4년 이상 경력 (SaaS 환경 경험 우대)
- 매트릭스 조직 내 지역 또는 글로벌 단위에서의 협업 및 프로젝트 수행 경험
- 한국 시장과 클라우드 생태계, 거시적 비즈니스 트렌드에 대한 높은 이해도
- 시니어 이해관계자 관리 및 부서 간 의사결정에 영향력을 발휘한 경험
- 데이터를 실행 가능한 인사이트로 전환해 효율성과 성과를 향상시킨 경험
- Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, Metabase 등 BI 툴 사용 경험 (SQL 능숙자 우대)
