Build the AI operating system for the brands you see every day.
The Role
Develop go-to-market strategy and sales enablement for strategic deals. Research accounts, markets, competitors, and customer workflows; create executive presentations, proposals, product narratives, competitive positioning, ROI analyses, and business cases. Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams on product commercialization and scalable GTM frameworks. The role requires strong analytical, financial, communication, and presentation skills, with five-day-a-week work from the New York City headquarters.
Summary Generated by Built In

The brands on your kitchen shelf are run by people doing extraordinary work that nobody sees.
We're building the platform they run on, and a brand they'll be proud to be part of.
Confido is the AI operating system that runs cash application, deductions, trade and planning in one place for CPG brands. That means Finance, Sales, and Ops finally work on the same number.
We’re trusted by 250+ brands managing $20B+ in revenue, including Daisy, OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Idahoan, and more. We've achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $55M Series B led by Insight Partners to accelerate our momentum.

If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you.

THE ROLE

Confido is building a broad product platform across some of the most complex workflows in CPG. As the product expands, one of our biggest opportunities is making sure we can communicate that value just as effectively as we build it.

That’s where you come in.

As a GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst, you’ll work directly alongside our sales and leadership teams to determine how Confido should show up in the market and in our most important deals.

You’ll dig into prospects, industries, competitors, customer workflows, and Confido’s product to develop the strategy behind how we sell. Then you’ll turn that strategy into the materials that make it real: executive presentations, product narratives, competitive positioning, business cases, ROI analyses, proposals, and other collateral used throughout the sales process.

This is not a traditional sales operations role. You won’t spend your day administering Salesforce or reporting on pipeline. You’ll be an analytical and strategic resource embedded with the GTM organization, helping our team answer the question: What is the strongest possible story we can tell this customer, and how do we prove it?

For someone coming from investment banking, consulting, or another analytical environment, this is an opportunity to apply the same rigor to building the go-to-market engine of a rapidly growing technology company.

What You’ll Own

You’ll work across strategy, analysis, positioning, and execution — often directly supporting Confido’s largest and most strategic opportunities.

  • Deal strategy and positioning: Partner with Account Executives to understand a prospect’s business, priorities, and existing technology stack, then determine how Confido should position itself to win.

  • Sales collateral: Build high-quality presentations, proposals, executive summaries, product narratives, and other materials for customer meetings and strategic deals.

  • Business cases and ROI: Analyze customer workflows, costs, and opportunities to quantify Confido’s potential impact and develop compelling financial cases for change.

  • Product positioning: Develop clear narratives around Confido’s products and capabilities, translating complex functionality into concise business value for different buyers and use cases.

  • Competitive strategy: Research competitors, legacy systems, and alternative approaches to understand where Confido wins and equip the sales team with differentiated positioning.

  • Account research: Develop perspectives on strategic accounts before key meetings, including their business model, organizational priorities, technology landscape, and potential opportunities for Confido.

  • New product commercialization: Work with Product and GTM leadership to determine how new Confido capabilities should be packaged, positioned, and introduced to the market.

  • GTM infrastructure: Build repeatable frameworks, templates, and processes that allow the broader sales organization to execute these strategies at scale.

How You’re Measured

Your work should make the GTM team better at selling.

  • Deal impact: Strategic opportunities are supported by sharper analysis, stronger narratives, and more compelling customer materials.

  • Sales effectiveness: Reps can clearly articulate Confido’s differentiation, business value, and product capabilities across different buyers and workflows.

  • Quality of collateral: Customer-facing materials are thoughtful, polished, tailored, and capable of standing up in front of executives at sophisticated enterprises.

  • Speed: The GTM organization can quickly turn customer information into high-quality analysis, positioning, and sales materials.

  • Repeatability: Insights from individual deals become frameworks, proof points, and assets that make the entire sales organization stronger.

What You’ll Need
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, growth strategy, corporate strategy, or another highly analytical environment.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand a business, market, or unfamiliar problem.

  • Strong PowerPoint / presentation-building skills and an instinct for turning complex analysis into clear, executive-level communication.

  • Excellent written communication and the ability to distill complicated products or business problems into simple, compelling narratives.

  • High attention to detail and a strong standard for the quality of your work.

  • Comfort working with quantitative information and building analyses around ROI, financial impact, and business performance.

  • Strong commercial judgment and curiosity about why customers buy, how businesses operate, and how technology creates value.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment where priorities change quickly and you may move between strategic analysis and hands-on execution in the same day.

  • Low ego and willingness to do whatever the situation requires — whether that means developing a market strategy, rebuilding an executive presentation, or digging through customer data hours before an important meeting.

  • Interest in AI, enterprise software, CPG, and how technology is changing the way businesses operate.

  • Willingness to work from our NYC headquarters 5 days a week.

What We Do

CPG is a multi-trillion-dollar industry, but the path from factory to store shelf still runs on spreadsheets, emailed PDFs, and legacy systems held together with duct tape. Brands lose real time and money every day reconciling data, fighting retailer disputes, and coordinating across finance, sales, and supply chain. We're replacing that manual work with AI agents on a single intelligent platform — from cash application and deductions to demand forecasting, supply planning, and trade promotion management. It's working. We're the infrastructure behind 200+ brands, from OLIPOP to Simple Mills to Dr. Squatch, managing $40B+ in customer revenue, with 5x ARR growth. Backed by Insight Partners, Footwork, Y Combinator, and others.

Why Work With Us

You'll never wait for a performance review to get a raise or bonus you've earned. Ownership works the same way: trusted from day one to own things end to end. Need something to do your job better? You won't have to ask twice.
