Own product design across a complex B2B CPG platform, shaping roadmaps, prototyping with customers, partnering with engineering and product, and shipping polished workflows. Refine validated patterns directly in code and contribute to the design system. The role requires strong product thinking, visual craft, front-end engineering experience, comfort with ambiguity, and effective use of AI coding tools.

Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales roles, beginning with Enterprise Account Executives and expanding across the revenue organization. Drive outbound sourcing, candidate engagement, calibration, interviews, stakeholder alignment, and closing. Improve recruiting funnels, reporting, tooling, and interview processes while partnering closely with sales leaders and executives. After ramping, support Customer Success and Implementation hiring and help build the company’s broader revenue recruiting engine.
