Hire and mentor a team of data scientists while setting technical direction with company leadership.

Own the trade promotion management roadmap and customer experience, covering sales forecasting, trade planning, promotion optimization, reconciliation, and ROI reporting. Lead customer discovery, TPM implementations, workflow configuration, and training while translating trade expertise into product requirements. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success, represent the company externally, and develop scalable playbooks and competitive positioning.

Lead Confido’s foodservice strategy across product roadmap development, customer discovery and implementations, training, customer success escalations, and go-to-market activities. Translate foodservice processes into product requirements, guide cross-functional teams, represent the company with customers and industry partners, and provide expertise on pricing, contracts, distributors, GPOs, deductions, trade planning, and forecasting.
