Role Overview
We are seeking a Contract to Perm GTM (Go-To-Market) Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing functions, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for these critical roles. As a consultative advisor, you will drive stakeholder communication, report on hiring metrics, and optimize recruitment processes to support business growth. New York City-based or EST time zone preferred, as this role will support hiring across the US, EMEA, and LATAM regions.
Responsibilities
GTM Recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, and related GTM roles. With the ability to pivot to non-GTM roles as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies, understand hiring needs, and source top-tier talent.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on roles, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Conduct interviews, present quality candidates, and facilitate hiring decisions in a timely, collaborative manner.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience with clear communication and efficient processes.
Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted partner to the CRO and GTM leadership team, providing regular updates on hiring progress and strategy.
- Maintain strong communication with hiring managers to align on priorities and timelines.
- Adjust search strategies based on feedback and provide market insights to senior leaders.
Process & Workflow Optimization
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with the People team to integrate best practices and enhance both candidate and internal team experiences.
- Help standardize interview protocols and provide input on recruitment tools to support growth.
Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships).
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on GTM functions.
- Experience working with senior leaders, directors, and hiring managers to drive recruitment strategy.
- Ability to adapt and pivot to support a growing business.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships across all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and roles simultaneously.
- Expertise in recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Data-driven, with the ability to measure success and drive continuous process improvements.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and taking initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Local to NYC or in EST preferred
- Experience supporting multiple regions (US, EMEA, LATAM) preferred.
- Start-up or high-growth company experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of GTM functions, particularly in scaling businesses.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and develop innovative recruiting strategies.
Base Rate
Contract to Permanent: $95,000–$125,000 annually ($45–$60 per hour)
