As a GTM Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting internal operations and GTM innovation initiatives for ZoomInfo’s strategic services and innovation division, ZoomInfo Labs and external GTM operations deliverables for ZoomInfo Labs clients. This division sits between the GTM and Product organizations, and requires cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholder groups.  This is a high impact role requiring an extremely operational, analytical, and process-driven individual who is excited to take on key responsibilities. We hire curious, technical problem finders and solvers who have a proven track record of innovating around complex GTM challenges to drive revenue success.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Design and optimize operational strategies to support internal operations and GTM initiatives for ZI Labs’ customers
  • Analyze client GTM performance, from lead generation to closed deals, act as a key thought partner to ZI Labs Advisors around GTM initiatives with customers
  • Enhance data analysis (within Google Sheets, MS Excel, and SQL) and workflow efficiency with generative AI and automation
  • Capture, evaluate, and develop growth-related GTM initiatives, with a key focus on targeting and audience development
  • Collaborate on GTM innovation and product strategy related deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders at every level
  • Act as an extension of the ZI Labs team, being a proactive advocate for GTM innovation and ZoomInfo products and services within ZoomInfo and with customers
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager, such as driving continuous improvement of ZI Labs services, deliverables, and ways of working

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4-5+ years of multidisciplinary experience across the following areas: professional services; consulting; data analysis; business operations; marketing; sales, preferably in SaaS or B2B markets
  • Outstanding problem finding and solving skills, including proven ability to ideate and innovate to bring new ideas to stakeholder groups and/or market
  • Data literate, with proficiency in at least one of: SQL, Python, R, or related languages
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Broad knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing processes, systems, and technologies such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, 6Sense, Demandbase, Salesforce, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills
  • Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
