Sous la responsabilité du directeur principal de la stratégie de revenus GTM, vous jouerez un rôle central dans l'élaboration de notre base analytique, en fournissant des informations exploitables et en donnant aux responsables GTM les données nécessaires pour accélérer les stratégies de revenus. Vous dirigerez la conception des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), des tableaux de bord et des cadres analytiques, et collaborerez étroitement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment les ventes, le marketing, la réussite client, les finances, les opérations de données et l'informatique.

Responsabilités

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie d'analyse GTM évolutive qui soutient les initiatives de revenus prioritaires et les actions GTM

  • Définir des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et des mesures de performance pour évaluer les actions GTM, les moteurs de revenus et l'efficacité globale du GTM

  • Diriger le cycle de vie complet des initiatives d'analyse, de la collecte des exigences et de l'exploration des données à la modélisation, la création de tableaux de bord et la livraison

  • Assurer une gouvernance rigoureuse des données en mettant en œuvre des processus robustes de validation et de contrôle de la qualité des données afin de maintenir leur exactitude et leur fiabilité

  • Synthétiser et présenter les informations de manière claire et efficace, en adaptant la communication aux dirigeants techniques et non techniques tout en influençant les décisions stratégiques

  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes interfonctionnelles afin d'aligner les résultats analytiques sur les priorités commerciales et de soutenir les décisions critiques en matière de revenus

Qualifications Minimales

  • Licence en administration des affaires, en analyse commerciale ou dans un domaine connexe (obligatoire)

  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'intelligence économique, de l'analyse, de la stratégie SaaS ou des opérations GTM/ventes, avec une solide expérience dans la résolution de défis analytiques complexes

  • Maîtrise experte de Power BI, y compris la modélisation des données, DAX et l'optimisation des performances

  • Connaissance approfondie des rapports, des objets et de l'architecture des données Salesforce (SFDC)

  • Compréhension solide des processus de vente et de marketing B2B de base, y compris la gestion du pipeline, les prévisions, les renouvellements et les mesures associées

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytically driven GTM Insights & Analytics Senior Manager to join our organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on analytics professional with deep expertise in data modeling, business intelligence, and performance reporting—combined with strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.

Reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Revenue Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our analytics foundation, delivering actionable insights, and empowering GTM leaders with the data needed to accelerate revenue strategies. You will lead the design of KPIs, dashboards, and analytical frameworks, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Data Operations, and IT.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable GTM analytics strategy that supports prioritized revenue initiatives and GTM motions

  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate GTM Plays, revenue drivers, and broader GTM effectiveness

  • Lead the full lifecycle of analytics initiatives—from requirements gathering and data exploration to modeling, dashboard creation, and delivery

  • Ensure strong data governance by implementing robust data validation and quality control processes to maintain accuracy and reliability

  • Synthesize and present insights clearly and effectively, tailoring communication to both technical and non-technical leaders while influencing strategic decisions

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics deliverables with business priorities and support critical revenue decisions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Analytics, or related field (required)

  • 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, SaaS strategy, or GTM/Sales Operations, with a strong track record of solving complex analytical challenges

  • Expert proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, objects, and data architecture

  • Solid understanding of core B2B sales and marketing processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, renewals, and associated metrics

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex datasets into actionable insights

  • Ability to create clear, concise, and influential reports and presentations for diverse audiences

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across multiple functions

  • Proven project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to make timely and informed decisions

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $124,000 and $221,430. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
