The Role
Lead Inductive Bio’s enterprise go-to-market efforts with large pharmaceutical companies. Responsibilities include understanding drug discovery workflows, identifying customer opportunities, shaping products and services, developing pilots and pricing, managing commercial engagements, building sales and delivery playbooks, and influencing product strategy through market feedback. The role requires scientific credibility, customer-facing expertise, commercial judgment, and the ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into actionable offerings and scalable partnerships.

At Inductive Bio, we're helping drug hunters find better medicines, faster, through our virtual lab and AI-enabled synthesis and testing approach. Chemists have historically relied on slow, resource-intensive design-make-test-analyze (DMTA) cycles to find molecules that are effective, safe, and viable in the human body. We're changing that with our state-of-the-art AI platform that makes every DMTA cycle as efficient and impactful as possible.

Our ADMET/PK models have placed first in the world's largest AI drug discovery competition for ADMET benchmarks two years running. Most recently, outperforming 370+ submissions, including Merck + NVIDIA, and EMD Serono. We are backed by leading investors at the intersection of technology and biotechnology, and our team includes world-class technology and drug discovery experts. We've partnered with dozens of biopharma companies to expedite their highest priority drug programs. To meet the rapidly growing demand, we need to expand our go-to-market team with high performing individuals.

As adoption of our products and services grows, we are looking for a Enterprise Lead to deepen our work with large pharma by shaping and scaling offerings around their most important needs. You will work directly with pharma leaders and scientists, alongside our internal teams, to uncover opportunities, develop and test new offerings, and rapidly iterate based on customer feedback. You will then help build the commercial strategy to bring those offerings to market at scale.

This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of a critical growth area for Inductive. You will help define what we build, how we bring it to market, and how we grow our partnerships with large pharma, with the opportunity to expand your scope and leadership as the business scales.

What you’ll do

  • Build a deep understanding of the workflows, priorities, and needs of large pharma discovery organizations

  • Lead conversations with scientific and business stakeholders to uncover the underlying problems behind customer feedback and requests

  • Work closely with our internal teams to translate those insights into new product capabilities, services, and commercial offerings

  • Develop hypotheses about the strongest entry points for Inductive within large pharma, test them in the market, and rapidly adjust based on what you learn

  • Identify target accounts and stakeholders, build relationships, and create opportunities through thoughtful outbound outreach, industry events, and your network

  • Shape compelling pitches, pilots, pricing, and business cases that connect scientific impact to measurable organizational value

  • Support the commercial process from initial conversation through pilot design, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and delivery throughout the collaboration

  • Build repeatable playbooks for selling, delivering, and expanding Inductive’s products and services within complex pharma organizations

  • Bring clear market feedback back to the company and influence our product roadmap and broader go to market strategy

Who you are

  • You have 3+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, strategy, business development, or another highly customer-facing role

  • You have a strong scientific foundation. An advanced degree is strongly preferred, but not required

  • You understand drug discovery and can engage credibly with scientific stakeholders

  • You are skilled at turning ambiguous customer input into a clear problem, a testable hypothesis, and a practical next step

  • You are comfortable forming a point of view, testing it quickly, and changing course when the evidence calls for it

  • You can communicate complex scientific and technical ideas clearly to audiences ranging from bench scientists to senior executives

  • You are commercially minded and energized by building relationships, shaping an opportunity, and persuading others to act

  • You are execution-oriented and comfortable owning customer engagements through delivery, coordinating across teams to ensure we deliver on what we promise and create meaningful value for the customer

  • You thrive in environments where the offering and playbook are still being built

  • You are excited to take meaningful ownership in a fast growing startup
