The GTM Enablement Manager will be responsible for creating and supporting enablement programs and training focused on enhancing sales results across the Gong sales organization. The ideal person for this role has a high performing background in direct sales and/or has experience working in a sales supporting role: ideally enablement or revenue operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with senior sales leadership to understand needs, gaps and goals by business unit (EBU, CBU, SDR)
• Design, launch and reinforce sales enablement programs and trainings that support each business unit’s respective goals
• Drive, track and influence field adoption on desired key behavioral changes
• Align programs and trainings to tangible Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on impact to sales leadership 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 3+ years direct SaaS sales, customer success or Sales/Revenue Enablement experience
• Demonstrated success within rapidly emerging technology companies
• Experience using Gong is preferred
• Assist in development of content focused on all training areas
• Combination of Sales Expertise and Enablement experience with facilitation
• Strategic thinker with ability to understand complex issues, develop/ apply/simplify frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision making, and action (with leadership and cross functional teams)
• Energetic, friendly, and self-motivated attitude

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $133,500 - $157,000 USD. 

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
