What we’re looking for

We’re hiring a GTM Associate to help us build our business and sales pipeline from the ground up. This is a rare, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build a commercial engine from zero, operate like a founder, and accelerate into a revenue-owning leadership role within 12 months.

At Omnea, every role has direct impact — you're either building our product or directly driving the growth of the business. This is not a pure strategy role, this is a sales role where you’ll directly drive revenue and shape our business. You don’t need a B2B SaaS background, but you do need to be commercially sharp, relentlessly curious, and excited to operate like a founder.

We believe in talent density. We’ve done over 10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans. You’ll be working with operators from places like McKinsey, JPMorgan, Meta, YC and high-growth startups. You'll work with people like Max, Cyrus, David, and Giulia.

What you can expect

This role gives you direct exposure to every part of building a GTM motion from scratch.

  • Own the top of funnel for sales — identify strategic accounts, run multi-channel outbound, qualify opportunities, and shape our GTM narrative.

  • Break into new markets — identify and prioritise companies to go after and run targeted experiments. Figure out how to win against our closest competitors.

  • Support live deals with the CCO and Commercial Leads — RFPs, proposals, pipeline management, closing support, and early involvement in GTM strategy.

  • Run c-suite level events — coordinate and host dinners, roundtables, and CFO leadership series to deepen relationships with senior buyers and accelerate deal cycles.

  • Earn like an owner — bonus tied to company revenue and your individual pipeline impact.

  • Accelerate quickly — step into an enterprise deal-making role in 8-12 months, with a fast track to sales leadership or the option to pivot into adjacent commercial paths.

About you
  • 1-4 years experience in an elite environment, whether that’s law, banking, consulting, startups, VC, or something else. More than 4 years experience? Check out our GTM Lead role.

  • You want to drive revenue growth and have faster career progression. You aspire to own revenue targets, lead teams, expand to new markets and build your own company in the future.

  • You love to win, are hungry for a challenge, and willing to roll up your sleeves. You’re not afraid of doing the grunt work and are a team player. Major plus if you’ve done competitive sports.

  • You’re charismatic and want to master relationship-building in client-facing roles. You communicate with clarity and build trust quickly. We can put you in front of a CFO and you’ll impress them.

  3. Take home challenge + interview (60 mins)

  4. Final round in person (60 mins)
