Lead end-to-end enterprise deployments of Omnea's procurement platform. Run stakeholder discovery, design approval workflows and integrations, direct AI-assisted tooling to build first-draft configurations, validate AI outputs, manage project timelines and stakeholder buy-in, track post-go-live adoption, and feed learnings into Product and Engineering. Typically runs 3-5 concurrent deployments and is measured on time-to-launch, CSAT, and customer references.

Serve as the senior technical escalation owner for enterprise customers, resolving complex integrations and cross-system issues, directing AI for investigations, stepping into implementations, feeding product roadmap with recurring problems, and building playbooks, tooling, and standards for technical support.
