You're excited by
  • Identifying, sourcing, and closing partnerships with other vendors in the HR tech ecosystem

  • Building and owning the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding through to enablement and long-term relationship management

  • Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to turn partner relationships into qualified pipeline and closed revenue

  • Designing scalable partner models including referral programmes, co-sell motions, and embedded distribution

  • Tracking partner performance, reporting on pipeline and revenue impact, and continuously improving what is working

  • Representing Humaans at industry events, partner meetings, and strategic conversations

  • Experience building and managing partnerships in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in HR tech, fintech, or workforce software

  • A track record of turning partner relationships into real revenue, not just logos and signed agreements

  • Highly organised, systems-minded, and comfortable building repeatable processes from scratch

  • Proactive, direct, and excited by the prospect of owning outcomes end to end

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence at senior levels internally and externally

  • Collaborative by default; you know how to bring Sales, Marketing, and Product along with you

This is an in-person role. Our GTM team comes together in the office Monday through Thursday, while most of the team collaborates in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
