We are looking for a goal-oriented GTM Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building and optimizing sales processes for different industries and wants to work closely with senior leadership in the consulting field. In this role, you will execute Go-to-Market strategies to expand A11’s impact across multiple industries, from Scale-ups and hidden champions to international market leaders.

As a GTM Associate you are part of the CEO Office and work closely with our three Managing Directors to establish strategies for long term growth. 

In a nutshell

C-level exposure: As a GTM Associate, you will work directly with Partners and C-Level to develop client-centric consulting offerings across various industries.
Learning at the core:
You will receive weekly one-to-one coaching sessions with your manager as well as regular knowledge-sharing sessions with experts from marketing, data, tech, AI and more, all designed to shape you into a well-rounded commercial leader.
Future-focused:
The GTM Associate is a full-time role designed as the starting point of a long-term journey at A11. You drive your growth, and we provide the tools and support to make it happen.

In this role, you’ll:
  • Conduct market research, conceptualize market-entry strategies and design and implement new commercial processes and position A11 as the leading AI/Digital Consulting firm in Europe.
  • Execute operational sales by generating new business opportunities through different outreach channels such as in-person meetings, social channels, phone and email. Test hypotheses, gather customer insights, structure feedback and continuously improve the sales approach.
  • Implement Go-to-Market strategies, for example by researching lead sources, defining optimal client segments, identifying message–market fit, setting up and optimizing CRM systems and analyzing data requirements.
  • Access additional learning opportunities across all commercial areas of a fast-growing consulting company, from business development and operational sales to marketing, content, CRM, process optimization, transformation and more.
  • Develop a T-shaped skill set by building expertise in core areas such as project management and stakeholder management while expanding your knowledge across different functions to drive business success.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in business or a related field. Please include your grades in your application
  • Professional experience in Start-ups, consulting, sales or other commercial roles
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a strong advantage
  • Strong interest in sales and Go-to-Market
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about numbers, data, structure and analytics
  • Fast learner with a Start-up mindset: enthusiastic, self-motivated and Hands-on
  • German at C2 or native level and English at negotiation level
