Why Join Sensi.AI
Sensi.AI is transforming the world of home care through agentic AI, and we're just getting started. As a hyper-growth startup, every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives while working as part of a global, collaborative team in a flexible hybrid environment. This role follows a hybrid model for Austin-based employees and remote work for candidates outside
About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Enablement Lead to build and scale the enablement foundation for Sensi's go-to-market organization. This person will help Sales, Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Marketing, Product, and RevOps understand the product, communicate value clearly, and execute consistently as the business scales.
This is a hands-on builder role. You will own onboarding, product readiness, GTM playbooks, knowledge management, training programs, launch enablement, and reinforcement. The role requires judgment: diagnosing whether the real issue is training, messaging, process, product readiness, or manager reinforcement before building anything.
You will also build repeatable GTM readiness processes from product launch through field adoption, feedback, and continuous improvement, partnering with the AI Operations Lead where tools, templates, workflows, or automation can make enablement faster and more scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own Sensi's GTM enablement foundation, including onboarding, product training, playbooks, readiness programs, and ongoing reinforcement.
- Create repeatable GTM readiness processes for product launches, including intake, audience mapping, enablement plans, training, adoption tracking, and feedback loops.
- Translate product updates, roadmap changes, and customer insights into clear, practical materials tailored to Sales, CS, Support, Implementation, and other GTM teams.
- Build field-ready messaging, talk tracks, objection handling, FAQs, customer stories, demo guidance, and value frameworks that help teams communicate Sensi clearly.
- Own the internal knowledge base and enablement content lifecycle, ensuring materials are accurate, current, easy to find, and actively used.
- Design and facilitate training, workshops, certifications, and manager-led reinforcement that improve product fluency and execution quality.
- Diagnose GTM gaps using data, field feedback, manager input, and customer signals before deciding whether the solution is training, messaging, process, content, or product feedback.
- Establish an enablement intake and prioritization process based on business impact, urgency, audience, and measurable outcomes.
- Measure enablement effectiveness through ramp time, readiness, adoption, content usage, behavior change, field execution quality, and business impact.
- Partner with AI Operations to identify tools, templates, workflows, and automation that make enablement faster, easier to adopt, and more scalable.
What We're Looking For
- Strong GTM fluency across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
- Experience building enablement programs, playbooks, onboarding, training, readiness processes, or knowledge systems from scratch.
- Product launch readiness experience, including audience-specific guidance, training, reinforcement, adoption tracking, and feedback loops.
- Ability to translate complex product concepts into simple, practical guidance for customer-facing teams.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to train teams, coach managers, and influence senior leaders.
- Strong business judgment and prioritization, with the ability to validate problems, push back thoughtfully, avoid overbuilding, and focus on what changes behavior.
- Operational discipline in ambiguous environments, with the ability to create structure without slowing teams down.
- B2B SaaS or startup experience, ideally in a technical product environment with a maturing GTM function.
- Experience supporting customer-facing teams beyond Sales, such as CS, Support, Implementation, Services, or Product-led teams.
