GT Production Coordinator
Location: Georgetown
Reports To: Georgetown Production Director
Summary of Role
The GT Production Coordinator supports Celebration Production in day-to-day operations of the Georgetown location, providing administrative and operational support across all services and events. This role helps ensure systems, logistics, and communication run smoothly; while leading service and event production at the Georgetown location, leading Dream Team members, and maintaining production resources.
Position Status & Schedule
- Non-Exempt, Hourly
- Full-time (40 hours)
- Sunday through Thursday: hours vary weekly dependent on events; includes weekends and evenings
- Christmas, Easter, Pursuit Weeks, and Dream Team Appreciation service dates and times are blackout days for time off. Major conferences are also required workdays for this position. Other events may be required outside of your regular schedule; you will be informed in advance of these requirements.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Coordination
- Recruit, onboard, schedule, and support Production Dream Team members at the Georgetown Location, including rehearsal preparation
- Support Dream Team care, appreciation, and logistical needs, including facility, food, safety, and pastoral care coordination
- Serve as a primary production contact or team lead for assigned projects, services, or events at the Georgetown Location
- Assist with training new staff and dream team on production systems and processes as requested
- Manage training logistics, tracking, communication, and completion for . Qualified technical leads may provide position-specific instruction.
- Help ensure consistency, excellence, and readiness across production environments and systems of the Georgetown location.
Administrative & Operational
- Maintain production documentation including standards, procedures, inventories, manuals, and event plots
- Manage service-readiness checklists, weekly communication, equipment issue tracking, preventative maintenance records, warranties, repair status, and post-event follow-up documentation.
- Manage project workflows via ClickUp, Planning Center, and other work management systems for assigned projects and events
- Process and track expenses, invoices, and contractor payments through church financial systems as related to the Georgetown location
- Manage production inventory and storage of the Georgetown location, including gear commissioning, decommissioning, resale, and disposal
- Onboard, track, and follow up with new Dream Team members through Rock and Planning Center Online including scheduling, team communication, and service planning
Event & Service Support
- Lead production coordination for events and services as assigned
- Coordinate vendors, gear rentals, and production setup needs for events as assigned
- Distribute and load production content and programming
- Ensure execution of streaming and broadcast processes, ensuring both execution and quality control
- Prepare, organize, and load ProPresenter files, video playback files, graphics, audio assets, video loops, and other assigned production programming. Participate in media checks and confirm content is loaded, tested, and accurate
Weekend Service Support
- Troubleshoot production issues during weekend services or events at the Georgetown location, proactively solving problems and providing leadership with recommended solutions
- Provide leadership and support to Dream Team members during weekend services at the Georgetown location, including team communication and delegation
Contributes to the overall success of Celebration Production by performing all other duties as assigned

- Familiarity with in video systems, audio systems, lighting systems, ProPresenter, and Planning Center Online (PCO), with the ability to perform basic setup, operation, troubleshooting, and volunteer support in each area.

- Flexible and willing to support weekend services, rehearsals, conferences, and special events as needed
Education & Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience serving in a church production environment (staff or volunteer).
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative, project coordination, or operations support experience.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of church production and project coordination experience, preferred.
- Working knowledge of AVL production systems, including video signal flow, basic audio signal flow and console operation, lighting fixtures and control systems, ProPresenter, Planning Center Online, and service planning preferred.
- Experience supporting large-scale worship services, conferences, or live events, with familiarity in production team leadership and volunteer coordination preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office and Church facility.
- Must be able to position self to maintain supplies and equipment on lower shelves and in closets.
- Frequently move supplies and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
- Constantly work in an open office environment
- Ability to work outside in various climates and temperatures
