The Location Coordinator leads Guest Experience efforts at the Lake Travis location, ensuring services and events run smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for attendees.

Provide operational support for Legacy Council and Advancement: run giving analytics and reports, manage donor communications and gift processing, coordinate events and logistics, maintain donor databases (church and ACU Salesforce), and handle cross-organizational scheduling and council operations.

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator processes contributions, manages receivables, assists members with inquiries, and supports the financial operations of the church.

The Associate Location Pastor supports the location pastor and oversees Groups, Connections, and Outreach ministry operations while fulfilling pastoral responsibilities. Responsibilities include implementing church vision, managing service experiences, and coordinating outreach campaigns.

The Location Worship Director leads worship experiences, manages the Worship Dream Team, coordinates events, and ensures alignment with church goals and values.

The Executive Administrator supports Finance & Operations with high-level administrative tasks, operational coordination, and project management while ensuring effective communication and alignment among leadership teams.
