All about the role:

We are currently looking for another GSSC KL Controller to join our team. You will perform various analytical tasks in a challenging environment and work closely with senior stakeholders. In this role you will report operationally to GFSS Controller, (GBS) Controller. 

In detail, you will:

• Prepare annual and quarterly forecasting for Shared Service in KL 

• Support budgeting process for functions based in KL

• Prepare monthly / quarterly management & financial reports 

• Track actual result, prepare and present management information materials (Power points, Quarterly status Packs),

• Coordinate and perform closing activities for business unit, interact with Tax/Holding, PTP, RTR, OTC, Payroll teams, 

• Be a finance point of contact for functions held in Shared Service Centre, overall Center management

• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis, pricing of services performed by Shared Services in KL

• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials,

• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools,

• Effective interpretation and implementation of the forecasting process and analysis of deviations,

• Interpreting and implementing the changes in accounting regulations,

• Verify bookings in the source accounting documents in terms of procedures and cost allocation rules,

• Check the compliance of documentation/entries in the accounting books,

• Cooperate in creating documentation of controlling processes, writing DTP’s, 

• Ensure that the work performed complies with the Electrolux procedures,

• Active sharing of knowledge and information with other team members,

• Help in solving problems and initiating improvements/ CI – Onbeat, 

• Participate in regular departmental and general company meetings,

• Be an example for employees, shaping a proper work culture,

• Develop own professional skills to ensure the highest quality of work at the Center and Global organization 

• Performing other tasks related to work, ordered by the superior,

• Actively undertake activities to increase own competency portfolio,

• You should have a degree in Accounting/Finance or other relevant disciplines

• Minimum 6 years of experience Controlling and/or Business Planning.

• Experience in driving large projects and change management with senior stakeholders.

• Background in shared services would be a benefit.

• Good in PowerPoint presentation
