Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, execution, and follow-up of impactful Kaizen events, driving continuous improvement and communicating results across the organization
  • Provide mentorship and support for site-wide Growtth and Continuous Improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational excellence goals
  • Cultivate a culture of growth by training teams in lean methodologies and sustainability strategies, fostering widespread deployment throughout the organization.
  • Guide and inspire Continuous Improvement teams in identifying and implementing solutions to drive tangible business outcomes
  • Lead by example, embodying Freudenberg Guiding Principles, while nurturing talent and fostering a proactive work culture
  • Actively engage in the Growtth Subject Matter Expert Network, contributing expertise to advance organizational objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
  • 5+ of Industry-relevant experience
  • 3+ of Relevant Leadership experience
  • Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
  • Professional-Level English language skills preferred

Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders. Fosters teamwork between employees and across the organization.
