The Growth & Strategic partnerships Associate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive lead generation, cold outreach, partnership development, and conversion of prospects into qualified opportunities. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a proven ability to convert outreach efforts into revenue-generating deals.
The ideal candidate is persistent, persuasive, and performance-oriented, with a clear focus on pipeline growth and deal closure.
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct outbound lead generation activities including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and networking.
Identify and qualify potential prospects aligned with the company’s target market.
Maintain and update prospect databases and CRM systems.
Continuously build a strong sales pipeline.
2. Outreach & Follow-Up
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel.
Track and manage outreach attempts and engagement metrics.
Schedule and convert outreach responses into qualified meetings.
3. Conversion & Opportunity Management
Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and align solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
Ensure high conversion rates from meetings to opportunities.
4. Revenue Generation
Drive revenue through successful closure of proposals and deals.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Monitor and report on revenue contribution from closed deals.
5. Partnership Development
Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities.
Conduct partnership outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
Develop long-term relationships that generate recurring business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM tool is preferred.
