The Role
As a Growth Product Manager, you'll lead product definition and delivery for a new team focused on product-led growth strategies. Your responsibilities will include setting measurable goals, planning and executing roadmaps, and fostering collaboration with engineering and marketing teams to convert free users into paid subscribers. You'll explore new customer acquisition methods and work to ensure users find value in Monograph's services.

Look around you today, every store, home, hospital, school, was made possible by the coordination of architects and a team of professionals. They are charged with the responsibility of creating our shelters and yet, they are left with nothing more than Excel to manage their work. We're here to change that.

What is Monograph?
Monograph is a firm performance management platform for architecture and engineering practices. Firms use Monograph to make quick and confident decisions about budgeting and resources to drive their practices forward.
Why Work at Monograph?

People first: Core to the team, we believe in people first, curiosity, and empathy. You'll be a culture ambassador and deploy your genuine value for relationships to drive success and happiness.

Build a company that will redefine architecture: Project management is just the beginning...we have big ambitions to help facilitate the entire design process from becoming the document source of truth to coordinating with consultants. You can shape the future of building design.

Work with some of the best product people in the world: We’re an innovative team of highly productive individual contributors with a strong design background. You will be doing some of the best work of your life.

We're looking for a Growth Product Manager (reporting to the Chief Product Officer) to lead product definition and delivery for a new product team that will be responsible for driving product-led growth via converting free Monograph users to paid subscribers. You’ll work closely with your engineering and design partners on this team as well as cross-functionally with marketing and sales leaders to deliver and be accountable for driving these outcomes.

Specifically, we are excited to be building out a method of customer acquisition through viral growth! Our existing architectural customers will soon be able to invite their consultants (e.g. structural engineers, sub-contracted architectural firms, etc.) to collaborate for free with them on Monograph. This new team will be focused on ensuring that those new free users are finding value in using Monograph, determining signals for those that might be interested in becoming paid subscribers and then working with our marketing and sales teams to make that happen.

You’ll have a lot of new green space to explore, direct access to customers and autonomy to determine the best way to achieve this outcome.

Does this sound like something that would challenge you? Then we need your help!

About the role

  • Goal Setting. You’ll hold yourself and your team accountable to clear and measurable goals that ensure you are tracking effectively towards the strategy.
  • Planning and Execution. You’ll lead the development of a roadmap that delivers those goals, help define the solutions, ensure the execution and measure the results.

Experimentation. You’ll take an experimental approach to driving these outcomes, in a pragmatic way tailored for B2B SaaS (i.e. this is not consumer type A/B testing)

  • Collaboration. You’ll do all of the above working collaboratively with your engineering and design partners on your team and other cross-functional partners on the go-to-market teams.

About You

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS products. Product-led growth roles are a big bonus.
  • User Focused. You start with identifying the problems you need to solve for your customers and are open to different approaches for solutions.
  • Strong systems and analytical thinker. Can connect the dots, spot challenges, edge cases, and balance multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability. We are still a small team with large ambitions. While we believe in strong focus, there inevitably is a lot of fast moving work happening at once. You’ll be expected to keep strong momentum while also pushing back if we lose focus.

Additional Details...

Salary Range: $165,000 - $185,000 depending on experience & location
