The Role
As a Growth Product Manager, you’ll partner directly with the founder to shape, build, and grow our AI SaaS tools and agents. You’ll turn insights into strategy, strategy into shipped product, and shipped product into revenue — across multiple markets and use cases.
You'll Be Doing:
Build and scale SaaS products powered by AI agents (chat + task-based automation)
Lead product discovery, strategy, and roadmap aligned with global user needs
Launch product-led growth (PLG) loops and viral mechanics inside the platform
Drive experiments around onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization
Research and adapt pricing models and GTM strategies by region and ICP
Use AI + no-code (n8n, Make, Supabase) to ship fast and scale ops
Design agent workflows that solve specific user problems with real business value
Collaborate across product, GTM, and ops to drive revenue and usage
Outcomes You’ll Own
1️⃣ Strategic Product Leadership
Develop global-first roadmaps that align with business strategy and market feedback
Design and launch MVPs for AI-powered tools and autonomous agents
Build flows that increase PLG metrics: onboarding, activation, engagement, referral
2️⃣ SaaS Growth & Monetization
Test and scale growth experiments across pricing, virality, and ICP positioning
Build onboarding and in-product experiences that convert and retain global B2B users
Localize product, comms, and funnels for US, MEA, and European users
3️⃣ AI Agent-Driven Automation
Design and launch AI agents to handle onboarding, support, marketing ops, etc.
Automate GTM and internal workflows (CRM, dashboards, support flows, trial triggers)
Build dashboards to track LTV, churn, activation, and funnel health
You’re a Fit If You…
✅ Have 2+ years of product ownership in a SaaS or B2B startup
✅ Have built or scaled products in AI tools, SaaS platforms, or automation/agent stacks
✅ Know what great product roadmaps, pricing models, and PLG mechanics look like
✅ Have worked across US, Middle Eastern or global B2B user bases
✅ Understand how to design and iterate on AI agents (with LLMs, prompt chains, or workflows)
✅ Can launch experiments, analyze data, and synthesize growth insights
✅ Use no-code or scrappy code tools to build MVPs and automation (n8n, Make, Supabase)
✅ Can write growth copy, wireframe mockups, or prototype landing pages
✅ Think like a founder: independent, resourceful, detail-oriented, outcome-driven
