Key Responsibilities
- Managing budget-related activities, including planning, plan-vs.-actual analysis, and budget balance transfers;
- Conducting the contractual process and document flow with contractors in coordination with marketing communications managers, legal, and finance departments;
- Preparing draft agreements;
- Monitoring NDA execution and compliance for new counterparties, as well as tracking the status of existing contracts;
- Coordinating contracts with all relevant departments and stakeholders;
- Monitoring contract execution, exchanging closing documents (acts), and preparing reports on completed work;
- Maintaining documentation records, including sorting, organizing, and archiving documents;
- Communicating with counterparties regarding timely payments and document exchange;
- Processing payments (including SLOGs and customer development expenses);
- Tracking payment statuses;
- Ensuring accurate cost allocation and recording in internal systems;
- Working with SAP, Oracle, and other internal systems.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Analysis, or Audit;
- Experience working with company budgets;
- Experience with contracts and basic reporting, including invoices and certificates of work performed;
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Proficiency in office software, including Google Docs, SAP, Oracle, and other internal systems;
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
