About the Opportunity
The Growth Ops Associate will play a key role in optimizing and executing growth initiatives in Brazil, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic execution across paid media, influencer marketing, and acquisition campaigns. You’ll be working alongside a dynamic team, helping scale OKX’s user base while ensuring high-quality acquisition.

What You’ll Be Doing

Paid Ads Setup & Optimization – Assist in launching and fine-tuning performance campaigns across key digital channels, ensuring optimal ROI and high-quality user acquisition.

Influencer & KOL Management – Oversee onboarding and operational coordination of KOLs, ensuring smooth execution of partnerships and collaborations.

Campaign Execution & Tracking – Work closely with growth marketing leads to deploy and monitor acquisition campaigns, analyzing data to refine strategies.

Marketing Operations & Process Improvement – Support operational workflows, campaign reporting, and coordination between teams to ensure efficiency in executing growth strategies.

Market Insights & Experimentation – Analyze performance trends, user behavior, and acquisition funnels to identify opportunities for growth optimization.
What We Look For In You
-
2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or a fast-paced tech environment.

Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking, performance reporting, and A/B testing.

Knowledge of paid acquisition channels (TikTok, Meta, programmatic, etc.) and influencer marketing strategies.

Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making, optimizing marketing funnels, and working with marketing automation tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, collaborating across different teams.

Fluent in Portuguese and English to communicate effectively across local and global teams.
