Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Growth Operations Associate to support our expanding operations and lead growth-focused initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a dynamic, resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Improve and streamline internal workflows to drive operational efficiency across departments.
  • Manage internal systems such as EPIC and CRM platforms to track leads, referrals, and key growth metrics.
  • Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and best practices.

Business Development

  • Partner with leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports and recommendations.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new patients.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with referral sources, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Track outreach efforts and performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

Project Management

  • Oversee growth-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, roadblocks, and key milestones to stakeholders.

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Assist with other growth-related tasks and special projects as needed.

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and healthcare systems (experience with EPIC is a plus)
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, fueled by a passion for healthcare innovation

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years in operations, business development, or a comparable role.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and data analysis tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Analytical thinker with a focus on solving problems and enhancing processes.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
