The Growth Marketing Specialist will execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels and manage day-to-day marketing platform operations. These roles play a critical part in bringing campaigns to life- from building assets and workflows to optimizing targeting and performance. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, paid, social, ABM, etc.) based on strategic priorities. Leverage tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, etc. 
  • Build and maintain campaign assets, workflows, lists, and audience segments within marketing automation and CRM tools. 
  • Support testing and optimization efforts including A/B testing, audience experiments, and creative variations. 
  • Ensure timely, error-free delivery of campaigns while meeting performance goals. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders for campaign requirements, asset needs, and performance updates. 
  • Help troubleshoot and maintain key marketing platforms and integrations. 

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.). 
  • Comfortable executing technical marketing tasks with strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Analytical mindset with eagerness to experiment and optimize.
