- You’ll help define the PLG growth motion from the ground up
- You’ll be close to the product and real customer behavior
- You’ll have ownership, autonomy, and a real voice in strategy
- You’ll work with a small, thoughtful team that enjoys fast-paced execution
- Develop and execute weekly marketing experiments across various channels (content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid ads, SEO/AEO, etc.) to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to shape growth features (onboarding flows, paywalls, prompts, upgrades)
- Proactively analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future efforts
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Write compelling, shareable content that resonates with our target audiences
- Test and iterate on different messaging, targeting, and creative approaches to drive growth and improve user experience
- Continuously optimize our website and landing pages for conversion, SEO, and user engagement
- Bring customer and product usage insights into marketing strategy
- Help define what “good” looks like for growth metrics at this stage
- 5+ years in growth marketing, must have experience with PLG and freemium models
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful growth marketing campaigns across various channels
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- In-depth knowledge of SEO/AEO, SEM, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools
- A self-starter mentality and a strong desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact
- A track record of running experiments end-to-end—not just executing tactics
- Comfort working with imperfect data and evolving infrastructure
- Strong analytical thinking (you can answer “so what?” after the numbers)
- Experience with recruiting and talent acquisition communities and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities they face
- Familiarity with tools like PostHog, HubSpot, Webflow, etc., and the ability to recommend cost-conscious marketing tools needed for your role

- You’ll be driving customer behavior and conversations
- Your experiments will shape product decisions, not just marketing tactics
