🎯 Role Mission
- Own Jeeves’ product storytelling and go-to-market execution. This role turns features and releases into clear, compelling stories that drive adoption, revenue and positioning.
🌍 Global Responsibilities (80%)
- Own Global product storytelling and messaging, and Go-to-market strategy for new products and features (e.g. Stablecoin, JIP, etc.).
- Lead creation of Product newsletters, Product announcements, Use cases, decks, one-pagers and sales enablement materials.
- Partner with: Product, Sales and Marketing to ensure: Clear value propositions, strong differentiation and simple, consistent messaging.
- Build: Product playbooks by industry and region.
- Own: Product updates on the website and core commercial materials.
- Translate: Technical features into clear business benefits.
🇲🇽 Local Responsibilities (20%)
- Adapt global storytelling to local markets: Local use cases, industries and customer stories.
- Support: Local launches, events, PR and sales materials.

- Rare Mix of Skills: Possesses a rare mix of strategist, storyteller, marketer, and mini-PM capabilities.
- Clarity and Narrative: Loves turning complexity into clarity and possesses strong narrative and positioning skills.
- GTM Expertise: Proven experience owning and executing end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and features.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Highly skilled in partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement.
- Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in B2B FinTech or a similarly complex, high-growth, or technical industry.
- Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in both English and either Spanish OR Portuguese to effectively adapt global storytelling for the region's markets.
- Results-Oriented: Data-driven mindset with a track record of driving and tracking product adoption, usage, and pipeline influence against Key KPIs.
