Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own our full acquisition funnel and drive scalable growth. You will manage paid campaigns, content and referral programs while building the automations that keep our engine running. You will enable strategic decisions by delivering clear insights and strong performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and Google to maximize ROAS and LTV
• Own the full acquisition funnel, from awareness (TOFU) through consideration (MOFU) to conversion (BOFU)
• Design, test and scale referral and viral-loop programs to drive organic user growth
• Manage the end-to-end UGC production process with content creators, including briefing, review and reporting
• Build and maintain marketing automations (Make.com, Zapier or n8n) for lead nurturing, email campaigns and performance reporting
• Establish and nurture partnerships with key industry influencers such as playlist curators, TikTok creators, Instagram influencers and niche music tastemakers to co-create campaigns and amplify reach
• Monitor key metrics (CPA, conversion rate, retention, email open and click rates) and deliver clear weekly dashboards and action-oriented insights
• Work closely with product and support teams to develop and A/B test ad copy, creatives and landing pages
• Run rapid growth experiments, analyze results and scale the most effective tactics

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing at a tech-driven or SaaS company
• Proven success managing Meta and Google ad budgets with strong ROI outcomes
• Practical experience in email marketing and marketing automation workflows
• Familiarity with tools like Make.com, Zapier or n8n for building scalable automations
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with data, dashboards and KPI tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
