We are seeking a data obsessed, strategic consumer marketer to drive the growth of our Precision Animal Health portfolio. As the Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll lead the strategy for revenue and spend efficiency optimization for our direct to consumer, companion animal products (Basepaws Pet Genetics tests). You will manage an agency executing our paid acquisition strategy while partnering closely with internal channel leads to drive scalable product sales. You will also partner with the Livestock Brand Manager to advise and provide support for Livestock digital marketing projects.
The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and highly collaborative with a deep expertise in full funnel performance growth marketing.
Responsibilities
•Deliver marketing roadmap to achieve short and long term Direct to Consumer sales and cost-efficiency goals; using pricing, promotion, and paid/organic channels as levers.
•Track progress against KPIs. Present and narrate trends and learnings to key stakeholders, up to the executive level. Use data to identify when targets are at risk and pivot tactics appropriately.
•Create robust data-driven testing roadmap and execute experiments throughout the year to inform ongoing strategic optimizations.
•Leverage customer insights across priority segments, and champion customer centricity in organizational decision making and communications.
•Manage both high-level and detailed reports to inform budgeting decisions and projections at the monthly and annual level, across multiple products.
Organizational Relationships
- Deliver monthly, bottoms up projections and forecasts to Head of Marketing to chart path to achieve annual revenue growth and cost-efficiency targets.
- Manage agencies and partner cross-functionally with internal channel owners to execute cohesive, full-funnel marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Marketplace Manager to propose pricing and promotion strategy to support growth objectives across full scope of distribution channels.
- Partner with e-commerce product manager and marketing analyst to run tests and validate hypotheses for growth and scaling opportunities.
- Set data-driven objectives and define key projects for agency partners, managing these partnerships to create effective deliverables.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of experience in a marketing leadership role (or similar experience) in consumer e-commerce
Or advanced degree (MBA), with 5-8 years of experience in a marketing leadership role in consumer e-commerce
Technical Skills
- Experience managing growth marketing program against measurable financial outcomes
- Full funnel marketing exposure across a variety of channels, with an emphasis on digital paid user acquisition channels
- Analytical skills and ability to run clean and informative hypothesis-driven tests
- Strong finance and business fundamentals, with experience in forecasting
- Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing marketing performance leveraging multi-touch attribution tools across the full marketing funnel
- Uses clear prioritization frameworks to create a roadmap of impactful marketing initiatives
- Ability to lead across external and internal cross functional partners
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Strong written/verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
