Bevi is on a mission to transform how beverages are delivered and consumed. Our connected beverage platform eliminates the need for single-use bottles and cans, making it easy, fun, and sustainable to stay hydrated. As the category leader in IoT-enabled beverage technology, we're building a future where Bevi machines are everywhere people live, work, and connect. We've raised over $160M in venture capital, serve thousands of customers across the US, Canada, UK and Ireland, and we've been rapidly growing year over year, saving over 1 billion bottles from waste. In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.
We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth at Bevi, owning the levers that turn demand into pipeline and be accountable for four goals: website conversion rate, MQLs, marketing-sourced pipeline, and the performance of our agentic BDR program. To hit them, you'll set the growth strategy and build and run a cross-channel testing roadmap that spans onsite conversion optimization, AI-driven outbound, email, and new growth channels we haven't fully tapped yet, which could include channels such as webinars, podcasts, and direct mail.
This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for an experimenter with a strong sense of ownership. You'll find the biggest growth opportunities, form hypotheses, build the pages, programs, and campaigns yourself, read the results, and scale what works. You'll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Content, and report to the Head of Growth Marketing. The role has no direct reports today, with room to grow in scope as the function scales.
What You'll Own- Site conversion rate. Own www.bevi.co conversion performance from first visit to form fill and demo request, and the roadmap to improve it.
- MQL goals. Own MQL volume targets in partnership with Performance Marketing Manager, Bevi’s Agency and RevOps, growing volume while keeping lead quality high.
- Pipeline goals. Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and tie every program you run back to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Agentic BDR program. Own Bevi's AI-powered BDR program, including targeting, sequence strategy, meeting quality, and pipeline contribution.
- Growth plan. Partner with the Head of Growth Marketing to set the quarterly growth plan, then drive it independently and report progress against it.
- Work with the Head of Growth Marketing on quarterly planning, goal setting, and budget allocation across programs.
- Find growth opportunities and funnel gaps on your own, and bring forward recommendations with a plan and expected impact.
- Represent Growth Marketing with Sales, RevOps, Content, and Product, and get stakeholders aligned on shared priorities.
- Set execution and testing standards for agency partners, contractors, and cross-functional contributors.
- Audit the full conversion path on bevi.co and key landing pages, identify the biggest drop-off points, and prioritize fixes by expected impact.
- Run onsite experiments across headlines, page structure, offers, form design (length, fields, progressive profiling), social proof, and CTAs.
- Build and QA landing pages and site experiences in WordPress and HubSpot, including form configuration, page copy, and conversion tracking setup.
- Partner with RevOps to make sure conversion data in GA4 and HubSpot is accurate and trusted, so test results hold up.
- Report conversion rate performance and test outcomes on a regular cadence.
- Build and own a single, cross-channel testing roadmap tied directly to conversion, MQL, and pipeline goals, prioritized by expected impact, confidence, and effort.
- Keep an active test running at all times on the highest-traffic pages and highest-volume programs.
- Design every test with a clear hypothesis, success metric, and sample size; call results with statistical rigor.
- Document learnings in a shared test library so wins get scaled across channels, and share results and recommendations with Growth and Sales leadership.
- Lead a cross-functional testing forum with Sales, RevOps, Performance Marketing, Content and Agency Partners to prioritize experiments, review results, and decide what to scale or stop.
- Identify, pilot, and scale new growth channels beyond our current mix, such as webinars, podcasts (guest appearances and owned), direct mail, and other programs with a credible path to pipeline.
- Run each new channel as an experiment: define the hypothesis, budget, success criteria, and a clear scale-or-stop decision point.
- Partner with Content, Sales, and the BDR program to turn channel programs into pipeline, from registration and landing experiences to follow-up sequences and account-based direct mail plays.
- Own the strategy, configuration, and day-to-day performance of Bevi's agentic BDR program, including ICP and account targeting, persona messaging, sequence logic, and channel mix.
- Fold agentic BDR into the testing roadmap: test messaging, offers, targeting, and cadence, and scale what drives qualified meetings.
- Define handoff rules and SLAs with Sales so AI-booked meetings and qualified replies reach the right rep quickly, with clean routing and attribution in HubSpot.
- Set guardrails for output quality, brand voice, deliverability, and compliance, including human review checkpoints where they matter.
- Partner with RevOps on list building, enrichment, and data hygiene that feed the agents.
- Report on reply rate, meetings booked, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline, and cost per meeting, and recommend when to scale, adjust, or pair agents with human outreach.
- Own email as one growth channel among several: nurture, lifecycle, and campaign programs measured on conversion, MQLs, and pipeline.
- Build, QA, and send in HubSpot yourself, including segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and workflow logic.
- Apply the testing roadmap to email across copy, creative, CTAs, and send logic (timing, frequency, sequencing).
- Support product launches and customer announcements through email and landing pages when they serve a clear growth goal.
- Own funnel reporting from visit to conversion to MQL to pipeline, broken out by channel and program.
- Partner with RevOps on attribution so we know which programs drive pipeline, and shift effort and budget accordingly.
- Turn funnel data into clear recommendations for leadership on where to shift effort and budget next.
- 5+ years of B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing experience, with direct ownership of quantitative goals such as conversion rate, MQL, or pipeline targets, including time operating at a senior level as the owner of a growth function or major program
- Proven CRO track record: you've measurably improved website or landing page conversion rates and can walk through the tests that got you there
- Hands-on experimentation experience, including hypothesis design, A/B and multivariate testing, statistical significance, and turning learnings into scaled wins
- Experience launching or scaling at least one channel beyond email and paid media, such as webinars, podcasts, direct mail, or events, and measuring its pipeline contribution
- Working knowledge of outbound and sales development motions, and experience with sales automation or AI-driven outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Clay, or AI SDR platforms), including how to measure meetings and pipeline from them
- Strong hands-on HubSpot skills across email, workflows, forms, landing pages, and reporting; WordPress proficiency for page builds
- Analytical fluency: comfortable in GA4 and HubSpot reporting, and able to pull and interpret your own data
- Senior and hands-on: you set the strategy and ship pages, emails, and programs yourself
- Proactive growth driver: a track record of building a growth plan, getting buy-in, and driving it to results, ideally as a close partner to a marketing leader
- Strong cross-functional influence with Sales, RevOps, and Content, including aligning senior stakeholders on priorities and leading shared programs
- Excellent written communication: you can write or sharply edit page copy, offers, and emails in a brand voice
- High ownership orientation: you notice when something is broken and fix it quickly
- Experience with dedicated testing and CRO tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, or similar)
- Hands-on experience running an agentic or AI SDR/BDR program, including prompt and sequence design, QA, and Sales handoff
- Experience leading or sitting on a cross-functional testing or experimentation council
- Experience running webinar or virtual event programs or producing podcast content
- Experience with direct mail in an account-based motion
- Background in B2B hardware, IoT, or other considered-purchase sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing or mentoring marketers; this role starts as an individual contributor and may grow into team leadership
