Design, build, and own the full data platform (ingestion, modeling, CI/CD, orchestration, observability, and BI). Implement streaming and batch pipelines for IoT data, enable governed self-service, enforce data governance/privacy/security, evolve AI access patterns, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and data scientists to deliver production-ready analytics and ML capabilities.

Design and execute QA strategies for embedded firmware, connected devices, and cloud-to-device workflows. Validate physical machines, OTA updates, communication interfaces, and hardware integrations through functional, stress, soak, and fault-injection testing. Debug failures using lab equipment, collaborate with firmware, software, and hardware teams, document defects, support release sign-off, and improve quality gates and automation using scripting and AI-powered testing tools.

Lead supplier qualification and onboarding, drive APQP/PPAP and PFMEA activities, perform audits, root-cause analysis (8D), and supplier corrective actions. Monitor supplier DPM/PPM, run SPC/MSA studies, publish quality KPIs, and collaborate with engineering and supply chain to improve supplier quality and readiness for production.

Owns day-to-day operations for Bevi’s experiential marketing program, including BeviMobile fleet scheduling, Tour Manager coordination, partner-event machine logistics, technician scheduling, permitting, inventory, and activation tracking. Manages five contractors, coordinates with Sales, Marketing Operations, vendors, and partners, resolves field issues, communicates schedules and status, and improves processes to scale the program nationally. The role is Boston-based with hybrid headquarters attendance and travel to activations as needed.

Partner with cross-functional teams to manage requirements, roadmaps, and SDLC for enterprise applications. Produce requirements, process diagrams, QA/UAT, perform system configuration/integrations, and deliver ERP/WMS/CRM improvements that boost efficiency and customer experience.
