Growth Marketing Manager, GCR

As the Growth Marketing Manager for GCR, you will play an important role in shaping how we connect with customers, create meaningful touchpoints across their lifecycle, and transform marketing influence into real pipeline impact.
In this role, you will lead the evaluation and analysis of integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies/plans across events, content, ABM, digital and owned media. You will analyze performance end-to-end to uncover insights that drive and accelerate new logo acquisition, upsell, and renewal to assist the marketing leadership to define and optimize the marketing strategies and plans in the GCR market.

This person should be able to understand and facilitate the diversified marketing activities that generate relevant, sales-ready leads that can be nurtured into qualified opportunities, while also driving upsell and renewal acceleration through various marketing initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Partner closely with Sales to evaluate the full inbound revenue funnel, gaining a clear understanding of how marketing activities influence lead quality, sales velocity, pipeline acceleration, and overall revenue performance.
- Support Marketing leadership in designing scalable inbound strategies that consistently generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline creation in the GCR market. Lead regional pipeline analysis, extract actionable insights, and drive ongoing optimization across all marketing efforts.
- Build and manage goal-setting and performance measurement across all inbound marketing channels—including ABM programs, content initiatives, events, and digital touchpoints—covering planning, data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of marketing automation tools for the GCR market, and as the main POC for GCR to work closely with Global Marketing Operations to streamline lead processes and optimize nurturing activities.
- Direct paid media efforts across GCR (SEM, social ads, vertical ads, and other paid online channels including lead gen, inbound, ABM, and content syndication), work closely with global growth marketing team and in partnership with paid media agencies—owning ROI management, test-and-learn strategies, and in-market test plans, and working with Sales to connect ad performance to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Own GCR digital assets—including the regional website and LPs—managing day-to-day operations and maintenance, and serving as the interface between the GCR Marketing team and HQ counterparts.
- Manage agencies and vendor partners to successfully execute campaigns and strategic initiatives, including creating content and deliverables (landing pages, ad copies, videos) with design and copywriting teams.
- Report regularly to management and regional stakeholders on paid and overall marketing performance.
What you have
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or revenue/pipeline-focused roles. Paid media and field marketing experience is a strong plus.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability; comfortable designing cross-channel plans.
- Excellent analytical skills—able to interpret data, extract insights, and influence decisions with clear storytelling.
- A growth mindset with strong cross-team collaboration abilities and empathy.
- Exceptional communication skills and an ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Move fast, highly structured, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable operating in lean and dynamic settings.
- Familiarity with mobile apps, SaaS, and marketing technologies. Proficient in leveraging AI tools to improve work efficiency.
- Strong data literacy; Excel proficiency preferred.
- Experience working with agencies, freelancers, and external vendors.
