The Role
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to drive qualified pipeline through disciplined, data-driven marketing.  You’ll be the marketing half of a lean two-person GTM team, partnering closely with our Revenue Operations & Enablement Lead to turn insights into pipeline.
This isn’t a “try everything” or “build a team” job — it’s about knowing the right few things to do, doing them right, learning from mistakes (they happen), and iterating.  You’ll operate in a constrained environment, where judgment, creativity, and analytical rigor matter more than big budgets. We want someone ruthless about priorities and opinionated about what works — that brings receipts.
What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and web
  • Own marketing automation in HubSpot — from segmentation to lead scoring and nurture
  • Manage and optimize the ClearPoint website (Webflow) for conversion performance
  • Run A/B tests, monitor CPL and CAC, and double down on what works
  • Build dashboards and partner with RevOps to track every dollar to pipeline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales to improve lead handoff, follow-up, and conversion discipline
What You’ll Bring
  • 5–8 years of hands-on B2B SaaS demand generation experience
  • Proven record of building pipeline through multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong HubSpot and Webflow experience; comfortable in ad platforms and analytics tools
  • Analytical mindset — you see data patterns, not vanity metrics
  • Bias for action — you launch, learn, and iterate quickly
  • Collaborative spirit — you thrive in a small, high-accountability team

Hybrid Work Breakdown

  1. In Office (3 Days): Departmental and Team Meetings, Training and Upskilling, Collaborative Work, Customer requests and calls, Individual project work, Customer deliverables 
  2. Remote (2 Days): Customer requests and calls, Individual project work, Customer deliverables 

Base Salary Range

  • 70,000 - $120,000 annually
  • Performance-based bonus program

  • Candidates must live within commuting distance of our Arlington, VA office. 
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of federal work authorization verification. We don't offer visa sponsorship.
