The Opportunity: Growth Marketing Lead, BrazilBlipay, a Brazilian fintech with more than 6 million registered users, is part of the Tilt group. As Blipay's first in-house Growth Marketing Lead, you'll own and accelerate our growth engine. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives on data, builds strong partnerships, and knows how to turn insights into scalable acquisition and engagement initiatives. You'll be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy across multiple channels while working closely with key partners and internal teams.
This is a Brazil based role, specifically Campinas or São Paulo. Our preference is to have someone work a hybrid model and collaborate in person with the team every now and then.
How You'll Make an ImpactMonitor, analyze, and report on core growth metrics, translating data into actionable insights and continuous optimization.
Manage relationships with key partners, including our credit marketplace, ensuring alignment, performance, and mutual growth.
Design and execute end-to-end growth strategies, including performance marketing, SEO optimization, and member-get-member (referral) initiatives.
Lead content production efforts for social media, driving brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives.
Proven experience in growth, performance marketing, or a related field, ideally within fintech, payments, or a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels, SEO, and referral programs.
Experience managing external partners and negotiating with stakeholders.
Solid understanding of social media and content strategy.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to move fast and prioritize effectively.
Experience in the credit or lending space.
Familiarity with growth analytics and marketing automation tools.
